Each item in your home is individually photographed and given a written description covering its condition, approximate age, and any details you wish to note. The finished inventory is delivered as a clearly formatted document you own completely.

Are the workshops suitable for someone with no prior experience organising records?

Yes — the sessions are designed for general audiences with no assumed background. The focus is on practical steps anyone can follow, and participants leave with checklists and templates they can use straight away.

What happens to my documents after digitization?

All digital files are handed over to you on a drive or via a secure transfer of your choosing. Vellumate does not retain any copies after the handover is confirmed. Your documents remain entirely under your control.

How long does the process typically take?

Timelines depend on the volume of items or documents involved. A smaller heirloom catalogue might be completed in one or two sessions, while a full records digitization project for a larger collection may span several visits. We discuss a realistic schedule before any work begins.

Do you work at my home, or do I bring items to you?

For cataloguing and digitization, we generally come to your location in Bangkok. Workshops are held at our premises near Thanon Rama IV, though arrangements for private sessions can be discussed separately.
